1.1. The Startup provides Statement of Purpose (SOP) and Professional Resume writing services exclusively to overseas education consultancies that assist students in pursuing higher education abroad.

1.2. Our services include creating SOPs and resumes and ensuring their delivery to the consultancies within 5 hours of order placement.

1.3. Consultancies can track the status of SOP and resume creation through our portal.

Client Obligations

2.1. Consultancies are responsible for providing accurate and complete information for SOP and resume creation.

2.2. Consultancies must maintain the confidentiality of their login credentials and inform us promptly of any unauthorized access to their account.

Payment

3.1. Payment for our services must be made in accordance with our pricing and payment terms as communicated by the Startup.

Confidentiality

4.1. We respect the confidentiality of the information provided by consultancies and their clients. However, we cannot be held responsible for any breaches that occur after delivery.

Intellectual Property

5.1. All intellectual property rights related to the SOPs and resumes created by the Startup belong to the consultancies and their clients.

5.2. Consultancies grant the Startup a non-exclusive, worldwide license to use the content provided for the sole purpose of fulfilling our services.

Liability

6.1. The Startup is not responsible for any adverse outcomes resulting from the use of the SOPs or resumes we create, including but not limited to admission decisions.

6.2. The Startup's liability is limited to the fees paid for the services provided.

Termination

7.1. The Startup reserves the right to terminate services or suspend access to the portal at its discretion if a consultancy violates these Terms.

Modifications

8.1. The Startup may modify these Terms at any time. Consultancies will be notified of any changes, and continued use of our services implies acceptance of the revised Terms.

Governing Law

9.1. These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.

Acknowledgment

By using our B2B portal and services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
